The origins of the lonely are not known with certainty, some dating back as Roman times, but most say it was invented in France in the seventeenth century by a nobleman imprisoned in the Bastille. The board is a cross, like everywhere, which is a total of 33 holes, where there are 32 pieces. The basic rules are: To start all the pieces must be placed on the board, unless the plant. The aim is that by "jumping" the chips are eliminated except one, which should be the middle one. The "jumps" are made in a straight line on any adjacent tile to put on an empty square. Always right-left or up-down, never diagonally. So the ultimate goal of the game is to remove 31 pieces, and the only remaining on the board is the central.

Finishes: Toys are colored beech or ash, are dyed with non-toxic and naturally treated with beeswax. For toys not work with wood colors that highlight the natural beauty of their grain, such as fruit trees.
